Newcastle fan 'Dafstoon' writes on our message board today: "Yes Well done Craig
"I had the same op and was playing sunday morning football again within four weeks, daft to do so as stitches were still sore, but couldn't wait to get stright back into it.
"I'm sure Craig moore thought the same.
"I'm all clear thankfully, although others are not as lucky . Caught it at the very early stage in 2003, had the op within two weeks and four weeks of radiotherapy followed to sort me out.
"I urge you all to regularly check yourselves, being blokes though, we kinda do anyway."
