Luque: "Newcastle are a club that offer you everything. They have plenty of money and always want to sign new players.
"New players constantly arrive, eight to nine each year, and the coach changes every three months each year. It is very unstable.
"Succeeding at this club is very difficult. If they were well organised, they would be a great English team. Living there day by day is not easy.
"It is a very different city, but during my years there I tried to settle into the team and into the city and as it proved impossible I decided to move to Ajax."
