Blackpool are sweating over the fitness of defender Alex Baptiste after he picked up an injury on their training trip to Latvia.

The right-back was forced to return to England after suffering a hand injury in a training ground accident.

Baptiste is set to undergo scans on the injury amid fears he may have broken his hand.

Ian Holloway: "We think Alex may have fractured his hand which would be a big blow, but we will find out more over the weekend."
